Formea^® TL is a trypsin-like microbial endo-protease. It's suitable for production of dairy   protein hydrolysates for low-allergenic infant formula.  It's also suited to kosher and halal certified products. You can use Formea^®  TL alone or combine it with the  microbial chymotrypsin-like protease Formea^® CTL.
