To get the most out of your fermentation, you need supporting enzymes in addition to glucoamylase. Trehalase works to reduce DP2 and lower residual sugar. Alpha amylase provides advanced residual starch reduction. Cellulase has fiber degrading activities. The end result is the lowest residual starch and increased corn oil yields. This product contains enzymes. While enzymes are safe to use in consumer applications, they need correct handling in working environments to ensure workers’ safety.

Indeed, repeated inhalation of enzyme dust or aerosols resulting from improper handling may induce sensitization and may cause allergic type 1 reactions in sensitized individuals.
