Finizym® W 5X is a lysophospholipase. It's formulated to have 2.5 times the concentration of our 2X product. It improves the filtration properties of syrups containing lysophospholipids.

Filtrate clarity This product can produce a clearer syrup post filtration.
Increased filtration rates This product allows you to get higher filtration rates on your rotary vacuum filters. It also delivers higher permeate flux on maltose syrup ultra-filtration and micro-filtration membranes.

Details

This product contains enzymes. While enzymes are safe to use in consumer applications, they need correct handling in working environments to ensure workers’ safety.

Indeed, repeated inhalation of enzyme dust or aerosols resulting from improper handling may induce sensitization and may cause allergic type 1 reactions in sensitized individuals.
